EMRAN brings together researchers, healthcare and social care professionals, and members of the public across the East Midlands to collaborate on research into healthy ageing and share knowledge that improves the lives of older people.
Based within ARC East Midlands, the network supports knowledge sharing, partnership and research that makes a real difference to the health and wellbeing of older people.
We do this by:
- Circulating calls for collaboration and sharing information of interest to our multidisciplinary network, including relevant funding opportunities.
- Raising the profile of healthy ageing research across the East Midlands
- Hosting events including themed seminars, workshops and an annual showcase
- Publishing the EMRAN Discussion Paper series
