ARC East Midlands are once again planning our short course training programme for 2024. To ensure we are aware of and consider the training needs of the region when designing our offer, we would appreciate your input on the training sessions that you, or your colleagues, would be interested in attending.

About our training approach

The ARC EM training programme aims to go beyond the usual CPD style training courses offered by health/social care organisations, or the traditional skills training offered by Universities. Where possible, we prefer not to duplicate what is already available elsewhere. Most of the time, there is no cost associated with attending our sessions (although sessions offered by the Centre for Ethnic Health Research may have a cost to them depending on your role / employing organisation).

Our training sessions tend to be delivered virtually, in order that we can cover the geography of the East Midlands without the need for people to travel to one of our bases, thus widening access for all.
