ARC EM clinical academic accepted on prestigious committee

Dr Claire Lawson, who holds an NIHR Advanced Fellowship, has been selected on the European Heart Failure Association’s Surveys, Registries and Epidemiology Committee.

The Advanced NIHR Fellow and Lecturer at the University of Leicester said: “This is an exciting opportunity to engage with the educational, clinical and research activities of the committee, focusing on using international big data registries, to understand the global health problem of heart failure."

Dr Lawson's research focuses on using national and international heart failure registries to understand the onset and progression of among different population groups.
