Join our Knowledge Mobilisation team

Our Knowledge Mobilisation team is growing. As part of our new five-year programme, these roles will help research evidence lead to meaningful improvements in health and care across the East Midlands.

All roles are fixed term until March 2031. Applications close at midnight on 11 October 2026.

Knowledge Mobilisation and Impact Specialist (two posts)

Help make sure NIHR-funded research drives real-world change. You will turn research evidence into accessible, actionable outputs and support the adoption and scaling of research innovations. You will have a PhD or equivalent experience in applied research, knowledge mobilisation and impact.

Salary: £39,906 to £46,049 per annum pro rata (Grade 7)
Hours: 18.75 hours a week

Senior Administrator

Take a leading operational role across our Knowledge Mobilisation and Research Capacity Development programmes. You will be the main point of contact for our trainees and bring significant experience in a senior administrative role.

Salary: £26,707 to £31,236 per annum pro rata (Grade 5)
Hours: 21 hours a week
