Understanding and supporting people with multiple long-term conditions (MLTC) is more important than ever. MLTC Insights, a new video series hosted by ARC East Midlands, shines a light on these critical issues – helping to drive conversations, share knowledge, and inspire real change for those affected.

The first episode is now available and features a panel discussion with ARC East Midlands researchers who explain what MLTC means, why the language used matters, and how collaboration can improve both care and research.

The conversation is led by Dr Ghanshyam Kacha, Primary Care Fellow at the University of Leicester, alongside ARC East Midlands researchers Dr Ash Routen, Lauren O’Mahoney, and Deborah Ikhile, who share their expertise and experiences.
