Speaking about her achievements, Shellie said: “Undertaking this PhD has been one of the most challenging, but one of the most enjoyable experiences. The support of the networks and the connections I have made along the way has been incredible.
“I am so proud to say that I am an early career researcher and that I am able to continue my academic journey alongside colleagues and friends here in Nottingham. I really hope I can offer the same kind of support I have received to other people wanting to carve out their own academic path.”
